1. Agency Setup

  1. This will take you in to the Administration panel, from here you can do things like edit carrier credentials, setup an MVR account, or manage users.
  2. The Agency Defaults section will allow you to default certain options such as agency fees, letters, client sources, loss payees, carriers, and lines of business. 
  3. While this menu is accessible from the Agency Defaults section, this option will take you directly to the Lines of Business page allowing you to edit, add, or delete lines of business. 
  4. Just like the Lines of Business section, the Carrier Management section is available through the Agency Defaults menu, but this allows for quick navigation. From the Carrier Management section you can add, delete, or modify carriers. **Please note that you cannot add or remove rating carriers from this section**
