Agent Messages

Built in message center for easy communication.
  1. Example message.
  2. The Inbox tab shows messages that were sent to your username.
  3. The Sent tab shows messages that you have sent to other usernames.
  4. New Message opens box that allows you to create a message and send it to any username(s).
  5. Refresh reloads the message list so that you can see any new messages.
  6. Delete removes any checked message from the Inbox.
  7. Print opens the message list in a printable format.
