7. Agency/Location Consumer Portal

  1. This section allows you to select the settings for the Consumer Portal rating.
    • The "Assign to Location" option (only available for Agency Consumer Portal) allows the Agency Consumer Portal to use the credentials and settings for the indicated location.
    • The "Consumer Preset" option sets the default used in the Consumer Portal.
  2. This button brings up a window that allows you to select the carriers used in the Consumer Portal for this location.
  3. This section shows all of the email addresses set to be notified by the Consumer Portal; these are location-specific. The "Add" button allows a new notification to be set, and the "Delete" button allows you to remove the selected notification.
  4. This section shows all of the phones set to be notified via text by the Consumer Portal; these are location-specific. The "Add" button allows a new notification to be set, and the "Delete" button allows you to remove the selected notification.
  5. This field shows the URL for the Consumer Portal. It is unique to the location/agency.
  6. This field allows you to enter a custom message that appears at the end of Consumer Portal rating. This field can use HTML code.
  7. These buttons provide example code for integrating the Consumer Portal with a website as embedded content, a link, or a button (respectively).
