  1. Contact Information: shows the contact info for the location.
  2. Auto Carriers: shows the carrier credentials for each location.
  3. Users: shows the users in the location.
  4. Vendor List: shows the list of vendors and their credentials for the location.
  5. Download Vendors: shows a list of the download vendors and their credentials for the location.
  6. MVR Account: shows the MVR account information for the location.
  7. Agency/Location Consumer Portal: show the rating and notification information for the agency consumer portal and the location consumer portal, respectively.
  8. Usage Stats: allows administrators to run reports on rating and bridging for the location.
  9. This section shows the general information about the agency. It also has different options for managing user access to the information.
    1. Locations Share Data - if you have multiple locations, having this checked will allow all locations to be able to see each others clients. If unchecked, the locations will only be able to see their own clients.
    2. Agents can Delete Data - non-admin users will be able to delete clients or policies/quotes with this checked. Unchecked, only admin users are able to do this.
    3. Agent Level Credentials - This creates an option under Account (in the top blue bar) called Credentials. This is similar to the Auto Carriers list in the Admin menu, except it only applies to the specific user logged in.
    4. Hide Commission - If checked, when rating, non-admin users will see $0 as commissions for every carrier.
    5. Admins can see all Reminders - in the Reminder screen, Admin users can see Reminders for everyone.
    6. Always notify Agency Contacts of Consumer Portal Activity - this notifies any phone number or email address in the Contact Information tab when a customer uses Consumer Portal to get a rate from your website. If the information is already entered in the Consumer Portal tab's notifications box, there is no need to check this box.
