The Log In Screen

The log in screen is the first screen an agent will see when they visit rater.accuauto.net. This screen allows you to sign in with your username & password to get access to the rater. There are also several other useful tools on the login screen.
  1. Top portion of log in screen
    • AccuAuto phone number.
    • Spanish will put the rater in Spanish mode.
    • Live Support will open a chat window to one of our Tech Support reps.
    • Remote Support will be used for a Tech Support rep to take control of an agent’s PC.
  2. The Username field is where the agent will put in their user ID give to them by AccuAuto. The format of this username will always been name@customer number. The Password field is where agents will enter their unique password to log into the system.
  3. After the Username and Password fields are filled out, the Accept and Login button will take the agent to the home screen.
