The Log In Screen
The log in screen is the first screen an agent will see when they visit rater.accuauto.net. This screen allows you to sign in with your username & password to get access to the rater. There are also several other useful tools on the login screen.

- AccuAuto phone number.
- Spanish will put the rater in Spanish mode.
- Live Support will open a chat window to one of our Tech Support reps.
- Remote Support will be used for a Tech Support rep to take control of an agent’s PC.
- The Username field is where the agent will put in their user ID give to them by AccuAuto. The format of this username will always been name@customer number. The Password field is where agents will enter their unique password to log into the system.
- After the Username and Password fields are filled out, the Accept and Login button will take the agent to the home screen.
