  1. File Bridge: opens a new window to download and install the File Bridge, a program used for transferring information to some vendors.
  2. Download Importer: open a new window to download and install the Download Importer, a program used for Downloads. This download option is only available if Downloads are enabled for your agency.
  3. Document Viewer: opens a new window to download a Document Viewer for Microsoft Office files (such as Word's .xdoc or Excel's .xlsx).
