Rate Detail




Full Vehicle Breakdown

  1. Term and Payplan
    1.  The Term Length and Pay Plan dropdown boxes allow you to quickly change said options while rating. Changing either of these options will cause all of your carriers to immediately rerate with the term and pay plan you've chosen.
  2.  Carrier Details
    1.  Once a company has returned a rate (or refused to rate), you can click on the name of that carrier to receive more details. If the carrier has returned a rate, selecting them will display other possible billing plans for that carrier, price information for each vehicle, and a carrier message from the company if they have any additional information about the quote. If the carrier comes back red because they did not return a rate, selecting them will display a message explaining why the did not return a rate.
  3. Carrier Options
    1.  Selecting the vertical three dot symbol to the left of a carrier's name will bring up a small pop up window with several options.
      1. Print will allow you to print one of several forms for that carrier's quote, including Proposals, Quote Sheets, ID Cards, and Coverage Summaries.
      2. Email Quote allows you to email a quote proposal directly from the rater. Selecting it brings up a window in which you'll enter the email address you're sending to, choose whether or not to send a copy to your own address, and enter a custom message into the body of the email.
      3. Bridge to <Company Name> will bridge your quote over to the selected carrier's website, allowing you to quickly and easily bind and finish the policy.
      4. Vendors will provide a list of whatever vendors you have set up and allow you to bridge this quote over to them, including supported management systems and other 
        companies, such as Nation Safe Drivers.
  4.  Additional Options
    1.  There are additional options that you can select in the top right corner of the rate detail screen.
      1. Order Credit will order credit checks on any supported carrier for that client.
      2. Rate All will rate the client with every carrier you have added to your agency's account, not just the ones selected to always rate in your auto carrier settings.
      3. Print will print a quote sheet displaying rates from all the carriers that rated the client.
  5. Color Definitions
    1.  Selecting Color Definitions will bring up a message detailing what each color means when the carrier's name is displayed in that color after returning a rate.
  6. Full Vehicle Breakdown
    1.  Selecting the Full Vehicle Breakdown option in the carrier's details will extend the window for each vehicle, displaying the specifics of the vehicle itself and the coverage selected for it.
