Search Tools
Searching is an important first step in the quoting process, we recommend searching for a client first to avoid create duplicates when creating a new quote.
Searches can be performed in one of two places in the rater:
In the upper right corner of the page is a search box, this box appears on every rater page. This box is capable of searching <First name Last name> or <Last name, First name> .
Note: Adding a comma after entering a name will cause the system to search by Last name, First name. A space will search First name Last name.
For a more in-depth search click on the Actions > Search menu at the top of any page in the system.
Note: Remember that you can right-click on almost any menu item in AA5 to open in a new tab or a new window.
Search types include:
- Client Name
- Birth Date
- Commercial Name
- Contract Number
- DBA
- Phone Number
- Policy Number
- Tax ID
