Where do I enter my Agent Credentials for the Rating Carriers?

First, click on Utility at the top, then go to Agency Setup, and click on Admin

This brings up the Agency Admin menu. Select the Auto Carriers (or Home Carriers) tab. This shows the list of available companies. On each row, there is a field to enter the Producer Code, Username, and Password for each available carrier.

After entering, removing, or changing any information on this screen, click the Save button at the bottom to save any changes.

Note: This is applicable when "Agent Level Credentials" is turned off.

When "Agent Level Credentials" is turned on (this option is a checkbox in the Agency Admin menu), individual user credentials will override these credentials, except when the user's credentials for a carrier are blank. You can access Agent Level Credentials by clicking on Account and then Credentials. If checking Home Carrier credentials, make sure to click on the Home Carriers tab at the top.

Note that only Admin users can access the Admin menu; non-admin users will not see the option. All users can access Agent-Level Credentials.
