New Client Tool

Setting up a new client and adding their information
  1. The Client Actions allow the agent to create a New Quote, New Policy, New Reminder, fill out their Questionnaire (asks the client about insurance needs), and Download their vCard (commonly used in Outlook).
  2. The agent can create Notes about a specific client to keep track of any relevant information that isn't part of a standard field.
  3. The History box simply shows any actions previously made on the Client's file.
  4. The Additional Insureds box allows you to keep track of other people associated with the client's Policies.
