The AccuAgency 5 management system has a robust set of features for managing clients and policies.

    • Use our default lines of business or create your own. AccuAgency is capable of handling any policy from any line of business in any state! 
  • Reporting
    • Several reporting tools are at your disposal, such as Start of day/End of day, Premium and Commission, Commissions Posted, Renewal, and more!
  • Acord Forms
    • Acord forms include all of the commonly used forms as well as many state specific forms. 
  • Email
    • Send letters to clients such as renewal or cancellation letters. AA5 Plus users can send attachments and forms via email.

We offer 3 tiers of AccuAgency to accommodate your agency and your budget! 

  • Basic - This tier includes all of the features listed above at an affordable price
  • Plus - Plus includes all the basic features along with unlimited document storage. Adding attachments to clients or policies is easy with this tier, featuring drag and drop file attaching and emailing of attachments.
  • Premium - Keep your agency up to date with Downloads! This tier features all the benefits of plus in addition to Downloads. Downloads allows you to get up to date policy information directly from your carriers. 
    • Downloads currently support Personal Auto, Homeowners, Fire & Dwelling, Mobile Home, and some Commercial Auto with more lines to come!
