Setup

The initial setup for AccuAgency involves creating:

  • Lines of Business
  • Carriers
  • Managing General Agents (MGA)
  • Agency Fees
  • Acord Form Signatures
  • Certificate Holders
  • Letters
  • Mortgagees
  • Loss Payees

These don't all have to be setup at once but we do recommend setting up the Lines of Business, Carriers, and Agency Fee's as those are most pertinent for entering policy information in to the system. 

The majority of the setup options may be accessed from the Agency menu as shown on the right. Only users with Admin privileges may access items under the Admin menu but options such as adding/editing Loss Payees, Certificate holders, or Mortgagees can be accessed by everyone.
