Policy Management

Users can create a new policy via the  icon on the left hand side of the Client Management screen next to Policies or after clicking on the Policies section and left click on  button. 

Note: Clients with active policies, that is Status: Policy, will automatically appear as Active. If the client has no active policies, they will be set as inactive. 



New Policies use a type of template based on the line of business. This changes some of the menu options on the right hand side of Policy Management. 

  • Auto - Commercial, Motorcycle, Personal Auto policies use the Auto template which mimics the fields show in the rater. 
  • Home - Homeowner, Mobile Home, and Fire/Dwelling policies use the Home template. Including details about the home, and coverage options. 
  • Boat - Boat Policies use this template to enter details and policy coverages
  • General Liability - General Liability policies also have special fields for coverage entry
  • Generic - All other lines, including non-default lines, use the Generic template.
