The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the homepage for the rater and management systems. It contains buttons and links to all the tools you will need for rating and managing policies. 

Actions, Tools, & Administrative

Actions

  • The Actions menu is similar to the Get Started window you see above. It contains links to start a new quote, create a new client, search for a client and even return to the dashboard from other screens. 
    • Note: The new AA5 rater can work in multiple tabs of your browser. This means that you can do things like right click on the AccuAgency to the left of the Actions menu and select "Open in new tab"
      Voila! a new page to work in, start a new quote, search for an existing client with out getting out of the quote/policy/or client you were working with. 

Tools

  • The Tools menu contains links to the Reports section and the Pro-Rata wheel for rater only accounts and Acord forms, Agency File Storage, Letters, Rolodex, and Downloads for AccuAgency Management subscribers. 

Admin

  • The Admin menu contains all the items that users with Administrative clearance have access to. This includes: adding and removing users, updating carrier credentials, agency statistics, and rater defaults and settings. More info about that (here)

Help

  • The Help menu has many useful items including access to Live Chat with us, Remote Support, Carrier lists per state, and how to send us suggestions. If you need any help or run in to a problem we're only a click or call away.
